Services

I work on Shopify stores that have to do more than sell from a catalog: stores with dealers and approvals, with ERP and CRM systems behind them, with configurators, subscriptions or supplier feeds. The work falls into three areas, and most projects touch at least two of them.

Shopify development & optimization

Theme and storefront development from your design files, platform migrations, subscription and app integrations, and performance work on existing stores.

About this service

Fits when:

  • Brands with an in-house or agency design team that need Figma or Adobe designs implemented as editor-manageable Liquid sections, not hard-coded pages.
  • Store teams on Shopify or Shopify Plus that have outgrown a theme and need a migration to a new one without losing content, settings or search rankings.
  • Merchants moving to Shopify from another platform with a large or complex catalog.

B2B commerce & system integrations

Dealer onboarding, role-based pricing, quotation and approval flows, and data exchange between Shopify and CRM, ERP, supplier and inventory systems.

About this service

Fits when:

  • Manufacturers and distributors that sell through an international dealer network and want dealers to quote, order and track on a storefront instead of over email and spreadsheets.
  • Brands running Shopify next to an ERP (for example Microsoft Dynamics AX/Axapta) or a CRM, where orders, customers and shipping information have to move between systems.
  • Stores that depend on a supplier system for stock, prices, order forwarding and tracking.

Custom applications & workflow automation

Custom Shopify apps, Node.js services and scheduled integrations for the parts of an operation that no existing app covers.

About this service

Fits when:

  • Store teams that have tried the available apps and still have a gap in their process.
  • Companies whose Shopify store must exchange data with internal systems — ERP, CRM, order management, supplier platforms.
  • Merchants with configurable or personalized products where selected options, surcharges or configurator output must be stored on the order and visible to the people fulfilling it.

Process

How I work

  1. 01

    Discovery

We start from the business process, not from a feature list. I want to know who places the order, who approves it, where the product data comes from and where the order has to end up.

  2. 02

    The right solution

Shopify's own features first, a well-maintained app second, custom code only where the process really needs it. I say so when a custom build is not the right answer.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Development themes, Git where the project allows it, separate environments for apps, progress shown on real pages. Designers, store managers and ERP/CRM contacts are involved when their part of the work is touched.

  4. 04

    Handover and support

Documentation your team can use for routine changes, and a follow-up arrangement agreed per project.

Scope and pricing are agreed per project, after discovery.
