PlannedBank Transfer Discount
A planned Shopify app to help merchants present a bank-transfer discount clearly during the shopping and checkout experience.
The problem
Many merchants offer a discount to customers who pay by bank transfer, but the discount is hard to present clearly: it is explained in a banner, applied after the fact, or handled manually by email. Customers are unsure what they will pay, and store teams spend time correcting orders. The idea comes partly from the needs of stores that are not on Shopify Plus.
Planned direction
A Shopify app that helps merchants present a bank-transfer discount in an understandable way during the shopping and checkout experience, so the customer sees what applies before they commit. Scope, features and availability are not final yet.
