The quickest way to start is an email. Describe the store and the problem in a few sentences, and I will reply with questions and a first take on how I would approach it.

What helps in a first message

  1. The store URL and the platform it runs on (Shopify, Shopify Plus, or something you are moving from).
  2. What should change or what is not working — in your words, no technical detail required.
  3. The systems around the store that matter: ERP, CRM, supplier, marketplaces, subscription or configurator apps.
  4. Who else is involved: a designer, an agency, an internal team.
  5. Your timeline, if there is one.

A full brief is not necessary — a few lines are enough.

What happens next

I reply by email. If the project looks like a fit, I ask for access to what I need to see — a staff account on a development store is usually enough — and we agree scope and terms before any work starts.
